STAGING FOR A SUCCESSFUL SALE
Along with a good thorough cleaning and minor repairs, staging your home for sale is the best way for a buyer to see all the features your home has to offer. It has been said "you only have one chance to make a great first impression" - and that goes for homes as well.
Staged homes photograph better, show better, and sell "better" (i.e. faster).
What is staging? It is not decorating. Decorating is for the homeowner. Staging is for the buyers. Clean, simple, fresh - so they can envision themselves and their belonging in your space. If you will be moving out of your home before or during the selling process - staging is imperative to sell your home for the best price.
